Emerald Island™ offers kids a green-themed virtual world featuring fun and adventure, awesome games and cool characters. An original MMOG (massively multiplayer online game), Emerald Island combines a compelling story with leading, web-based game technology. Players are challenged to "Help Save Emerald Island!" from environmental destruction at the hands of the pillaging Pirat invaders. The game, Fluid Entertainment's 14^th title, encourages creativity, expression and collaboration, and offers kids a fun way to engage with real-world scenarios as they learn about the environment.

To encourage players in real-world environmentalism, Fluid Entertainment has partnered with Trees for the Future (www.treesftf.org). This is the first of many environmental-cause partnerships that will be introduced as the virtual world of Emerald Island evolves.
